  • A heart wall consists of layers of trapped emotions around the heart. It is estimated by Dr. Nelson that 93% of the human population have a heart wall.  He says “It’s a way our subconscious mind creates “an energy wall” to protect your heart.” I have found that the heart-wall hampers your ability to give and receive love and to feel good emotions.  Having a heart-wall contributes to feelings of isolation and can create depression, effect our ability to connect with others as well as other problems. By clearing it with love and compassion, it can support other shifts in you, your children and family.

    In some research, the heart is referred to as the “second brain.” I invite you to experience letting go of trapped emotions so that you can live more from your heart and remain open to true love.  This package takes place via email and distance/proxy.  This package includes the removal of your heart wall, no matter how many sessions.

  • Reiki (pronounced “RAY-key”) is an ancient method of healing from Tibet. “Rei” means “universal” and “ki” corresponds to the “life force energy” known as Chi or prana in other Eastern systems like acupuncture or yoga. Thus, Reiki refers to the healing qualities of “universal life force energy.” Rediscovered in the late 19th century by a Japanese monk named Mikao Usui, Reiki works on physical, mental and emotional levels, restoring balance to body, mind and spirit.

    Reiki is not meant to replace professional medical advice but rather to complement other treatment modalities by encouraging very deep relaxation. Practitioners do not diagnose or prescribe medication.

    Using Reiki with kids is a wonderful way to connect families and for children to learn more about how energy works. They feel connected to their bodies and can tap into a new resource to have when life happens in a busy family!

    As a Reiki Master Teacher, I have offered Certification Classes at private homes, holistic health studios, chiropractic offices, dance and yoga studios. Contact me if you are interested in this option.

  • This is very popular for the people I work with.  It’s named from what a client once called this work with her and her family. It is perfect and affordable for our fast paced days of multitasking!

    These long-distance energy sessions include help in a jiffy if you feel like you are getting sick or your children are.  I provide insight and healing quickly and from a distance, clear emotions and other aspects suppressing your system, from physical, emotional, mental and spiritual avenues.  I provide insight on patterns and give energetic support when you need it, as you need it, leaving you empowered with information to follow your own wisdom within and while you (and your families) go about their days without a need for a phone call, zoom or other “real time” connection.

  • Per day session where I tune in energetically and send the session to you via text

  • Here are some additional ways that other parents have contacted me for insight:

    • Support around a particular protocol you are following to gain added testing in determining your body’s connection with what options are available to you. For example, your child was diagnosed with Lyme and you are reading through the many different protocols suggested and would like help.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • These packages are set up to help specify certain categories or issues that you would like support with AND when we have a connection call I can help make suggestions. I recommend getting quiet with yourself and taking some deep belly breaths and see if when you look again, one package “pops out”

  • We will meet via Zoom or WhatsApp or Messenger or Phone based on where you are in the world and the best connection.

  • Our sessions for most packages are 60 minutes and I recommend people schedule 75 -90 minutes into your schedule if you like time to integrate afterwards before tending to your next activity.

  • Sessions vary though most include coaching or it feeling like we are just talking about what is happening with you and while that is happening I may also be clearing and working with the energy in your system to help support your process.

  • Depending on the package you choose, one or more recording may be included. These are energetic clearing sessions to help support your process during our sessions and are yours to keep to listen to at your leisure.
